Protein Rice

If you’re struggling to get your protein in and just want to flavor up your plain old rice, man do I have the trick for you. This recipe is definitely a staple in my diet no matter what the goal is. It’s also super simple and easy to make. All ya need to do is boil some water.

 



What you need to do:

  • Put rice into a pot
  • Pour in bone broth
  • Bring to a boil, stir. Put the lid on the pot and reduce the heat to a low simmer.
  • Stirring often, let the broth absorb into the rice.
  • That’s it, enjoy!

 

What you need:

1 cup White or Brown Rice(White rice will absorb better)

1 box or 2 cups of Bone Broth(Personal favorite is Kettle & Fire brand).
